quick service clean hotel well kept facilities oily water tasteless food disrespectful manager
The staff provided quick service. All our needs were met. the hotel was very clean. the beach, aquapark, and swimming pools were well maintained. the facilities were enjoyable. the hotel provided everything we needed.
The pools reminded me of swimming in oily water. the first three days, the food was tasteless. We then found two more restaurants for lunch and dinner. a request for a birthday cake at the 'fine-dining' restaurant was not fulfilled, and my wife was told to get a piece of tasteless cake from the buffet.

decent stay.
big area nice area swimming pool aqua class spiced food noisy room
i thought the area was big and nice to walk around in. the room i had was wide. there were many swimming pools available and a beachfront. zumba and aqua classes were available beside the swimming pool.
the food overall was spiced. i suggest you dont forget your anti trots tablets. the dinning rooms were very noisy.

The room was spacious , and the cleaning was perfect. I appreciated the variety of facilities and activities available. Food and drinks were accessible at all times , which was very convenient.
The sea was very shallow . It was difficult to exchange dollars for smaller notes . The reception staff seemed unhelpful.

The sandy beach has clear water. our room included daily housekeeping. It ensured a clean and fresh space each day. a wonderful reception team made check-in simple and friendly.
the variety of cheese at breakfast had opportunities for improvement.

delicious food helpful staff
i really enjoyed the shows. the vibes were good and the room was great. the beach was nice. the food was delicious. the staff was helpful and supportive. the pool was lovely.
i found the evening entertainment disappointing because the parties were dull. the parties lacked variety and did not reflect a five-star resort.

the hotel offers more than five swimming pools, so i found a spot easily. the pools looked very clean, and the staff seemed friendly and polite. the wifi coverage was excellent across the resort.

the hotel is close to the airport. the transfer was quick. it took around 20/30 minutes. the hotel provides a very practical shuttle service, ensuring seamless transportation.
