quick service clean hotel well-kept facilities oily water tasteless food disrespectful manager

The staff provided quick service. All our needs were met. the hotel was very clean. the beach, aquapark, and swimming pools were well maintained. the facilities were enjoyable. the hotel provided everything we needed.

The pools was like swimming in oily water. the first three days, the food was tasteless. We then found two more restaurants for lunch and dinner. a request for a birthday cake at the 'fine-dining' restaurant was not fulfilled, and my wife was told to get a piece of tasteless cake from the buffet.
